Always include:
- Expected vs. actual behaviour.
- Steps to reproduce.
- Facts and maybe speculation. Be careful of the difference: “I clicked X” vs. “I think this caused Y.”
- I.e. report the symptoms, not the diagnosis (but the diagnosis can be a helpful extra).
